Hi, I’m Liv! I have a passion for many different things in life including baking, sports, nutrition, writing, traveling, my yorkipoo, and anything beach related. If you can’t find me in the kitchen, I’m probably at the beach. Softball has been a part of my life for the last 17 years, and I also played soccer for about ten of them, so I also have a good handle on effective exercises to stay in shape. I started cooking and making my own recipes because I realized that, while there are a lot of recipes already out there, there are several ways to make your favorite recipes more nutritious and natural. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for a nice slice of cake every once in a while (or two!). But when it comes to everyday cooking and baking, it’s nice to have recipes that give you the option to stay healthy and fit.
