Homemade Guilt-Free Granola

Granola is one of my all time favorite toppings. It’s crunchy, tasty, and perfect for pouring on a smoothie or just eating on its own. Unfortunately, a lot of store bought granolas are packed with sugars and preservatives that you might not expect. The extra ingredients bring the calorie and fat count up, often placing the scrumptious snack on the “avoid” list. Well, I’ve found that it is possible to have the best of both worlds. When I’m in the mood for a smoothie, yogurt, or cluster of granola, I use my own guilt-free recipe that uses all natural ingredients to create a healthy treat. There’s no sugar, preservatives, or hidden calories. Just simple, natural ingredients. So toast it, stir it, and enjoy this simple snack whenever you want. Enjoy!
